About the Department of Political Science

The Department of Political Science is one of the six departments of the Faculty of Economics and Administration, has been opened in the second quarter of the year 1983 by the Faculty Board's decision - in order to create department requirements of the cadres and the elements of academic, technical and administrative.

 
  Granted the degree of B.Sc.  in political science, and is expected to soon be ahead of the implementation of the Master's program in political science in both thesis and research project tracks.

 
Goals of the Department:

Introduce principles of political systems to students
Highlight the role of the Government in regulating the activities of community
Clarify the role of the KSA within the international system and in particular the role of Islamic and Arab Gulf
The development of the student and encouraging the spirit of scientific research and analysis
